Our Work Together

I am here to be a guide in helping you return to the wholeness within you. Inside each of us is a wise, intelligent force that holds the remembrance of who we were before we experienced life's difficulties. Each one of us possesses the medicine, or the remedy, for our own healing. We just need to awaken this part of us once more.

 

Our work together is active, intentional, and designed to ignite change. We will create a plan tailored to your desires for a healthy, balanced, and flowing life. In our process, I will help to illuminate your mental blocks, emotional patterns, and somatic responses in order to re-create the bridge within yourself that leads to your heart and the truest version of yourself. You don't have to come with anything figured out, we are going to move through it all together.

What to Expect

We will first have a complimentary phone consult to ensure we are a mutually great fit or if a referral is needed. In our initial session, we will explore various areas of your life, how you see yourself, and what changes you would like to create. We will feel into what needs healing and gentle attention, while focusing on what parts of you may feel empowered. During the initial, 90 minute session, we will set the foundation for what our future sessions will be focused on.

On-going sessions are typically recommended to be held weekly. Developing our relationship, establishing trust, and building momentum around the changes you are creating takes time and commitment. In between our sessions, an exercise may be recommended that is tailored to your respective goals. Having an intention week to week creates a sense of purpose, and having a focus outside of session allows space for change to become actualized.

As your guide, my focus is on helping you to find your confidence and connection through inward changes that become reflected outward, while honoring any past and on-going experiences that may need processing and nurturance. Our sessions are active and engaging, while moving at the pace that is best aligned with your needs.

Insurance Policy:

Fee structure will be discussed in our phone consult. I am an Out of Network Provider. I can provide you with an invoice to a submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance regarding your benefits for out of network mental health, sometimes referred to as "Behavioral Health" providers. Be sure to ask specifically about telehealth visits and reimbursement.

 

You can call and ask the following questions:

- Is there a deductible for out of network providers?

- What percentage of the session fees for an out of network provider is covered?

- Is there a limit to the amount covered?
