Hi there! My name is Laura Aguila. I am a licensed psychotherapist, certified Breathwork Practitioner, and a Reiki Master. I have an insatiable desire to witness others find their way home to themselves by healing their shadow and reclaiming their lives through heart-centered, trauma-informed and body oriented work. I believe that the human experience is a sacred path that is filled with various initiations that are intended to cultivate growth and deep purpose. Having committed to my own healing path, I truly understand and empathize with the difficulties that it can bring.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of New Jersey, a certified Breathwork Practitioner, and a Reiki Master. I am passionate about helping others identify their blocks, how they may be manifesting in their life, and being able to break patterns that are hindering them from living their most expansive, fulfilling life.

I believe in integrating mind, body, and soul in order to fully embody the human experience and all that it has to offer. By utilizing various techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, energy work, and more, we will work together to help you step into your highest potential and release what is no longer serving you.
